If you played Devil May Cry 3, then you should have no problem beating this on your first run-through of the game.

If you never played DMC, then you may encounter problems, so it's recommended you play on Human. If you do have problems, then play a couple levels of human (or devil hunter) and get some proudsouls to upgrade yourself

Does this achievement stack with playing trough the game on human difficulty?

Wondering the same thing, want to play through on Devil Hunter Mode but only want to do 1 playthrough. Would rather do a easier difficulty if they don't stack.
