This achievement is for watching the bonus end credit scene.
In standard DMC fashion there is an end credits battle where Dante and
are fighting demons together. Dante must kill more demons than his rival during the time allowed. You know you did it right when he says something along the lines of "are you ready to give up?"
I got it my first try on Devil Hunter mode by just going ham. You have full devil trigger so activate it and just kill as much as you can as fast as you can. You can probably do it on Human mode if you play that first. Otherwise just replay chapter 20 and try again if you don't get it.
Once you win there is a bonus end credits scene involving Morrison.

This achievement popped for me without Dante saying the supposed prerequisite line (yes, I got the scene as well), so this seems to be unlocked by simply trying to beat your ‘rival’ (that or the game glitched on me and just handed me the scene anyway despite losing the kill race).
