When you first start Mission 13, you have the choice to pick one of the three to complete the mission (it's a short one, don't worry)
When you've finished the mission, simply to to the mission select from the main menu and replay selecting the other two characters.
Obviously easiest on Human mode.

To clarify, this carries over between playthroughs. So you can do Mission 13 on one character while going for a difficulty level achievement, and then do it with another character while doing your runs for the second/third difficulty achievements. So if you'd like to be efficient, there's no need to play Mission 13 three times on the same difficulty. (Same goes for the Share The Pain achievement.)
