You can easily do this after unlocking Super Vergil, just equip the Yamato and spam Judgment Cut until Dante dies. The achivement should pop before the cutscene.

Additional info from ElatedRival: To do this without the Super Vergil costume, I just changed the swap weapons buttons to the D-pad directionals as I found I would accidentally bump the triggers.
