This should come through natural progression, however if you want to add some bonus time while fighting enemies in the air, you can utilize your "Air taunt" and it should keep you up for a little longer. Either that or purchase the "enemy step" skill and continuously jump off them while using your devil breaker with Nero to pull them up to you.
