To unlock the Share the Pain trophy in Devil May Cry 5, you will need to complete mission 7 of the game with both Nero and V.
At the start of the mission, you will have to choose to play as either Nero or V. Pick either of them and then replay the mission again with the other character once you are done to unlock the trophy.

To clarify, this carries over between playthroughs. So you can do Mission 07 on one character while going for a difficulty level achievement, and then do it with the other character while doing your run for another difficulty achievement. So if you'd like to be efficient, there's no need to play Mission 07 twice on the same difficulty. (Same goes for the Each In His Own Way achievement.)
