You come to narrow portion of the subway where one of those things that spawn enemies blocks your path. It spawns the weak bug things. There are at least 4 in the hall already. Wait for it to spawn another while fully charging your sword. Bunch them up and do a lunge attack (forward + Y) to kill all 5.
