Unlocks after DMD, everything dies in one hit. Takes about 1 - 1 1/2 hour. Obviously stay in DT to run faster and should you really get stuck somewhere use Nevan's Air Raid or Holy Water. Orbs shouldn't be an issue anymore at this point.

After beating Dante Must Die Mode, you will have unlocked the final difficulty Mode, Heaven or Hell. In this mode all demons and bosses die in one hit, But so do you. After Dante Must Die difficulty, this won't be too much trouble - just stick to distance attacks (utilize Ebony and Ivory) and carry around plenty of yellow orbs
