The trophy opened for me during the cut-scene with Mundus in the penultimate chapter.

Not at all! They didn't give me a trophy after completing it! From memory from the PS2, I was supposed to meet an enemy - the shadow of a wolf (lion?), but he wasn’t there! Suspicions that not all enemies are on the Auto Easy difficulty level!
