How to unlock the Bad Cop, Cyber Cop achievement in Dex - Definitive Guide

The Bad Cop, Cyber Cop achievement will pop after completing the corresponding side quest. It's missable, so be sure to complete it before ending the game. You can begin as soon as you have access to the city, after leaving the sewers. Beware spoilers ahead!

Note: The Artificial Limbs implant is required to complete this mission. If you don't have access to implants, continue through the main story.

Head to Junction (you can fast travel from the map) and locate the ruined building that's to the left of the area. Head inside, and then speak to the wounded police officer. He will need you to heal him, however, only a medkit will do. If you don't have one on hand, you can head to Fixer's Hope and buy one easily. Return to the cop (named Navarro) to update the quest. Now, return to the Downtown area to meet him a second time, in front of the gun shop.

Accept the next part of the quest, and then head to the Industrial Zone to fight the Slicers. Make sure to hack the PC inside and collect all the data from within. Reading all the data codes gives you additional information on the quest that will help in the future.

Return to Navarro once again, then begin the task of taking out Connor. There's two things you can do before heading forward, but they're both optional:
1. Speak to Dr. Niles at the clinic to learn about the arm. He will give you a brochure which has a radio frequency. Remember this for when you go after Connor, as it will deactivate his arm.
2. Find Speedy outside the Nightingale and purchase the Endorzyne drug from him. Then take it to Fixer's Hope to create a cure. This will give you a new weapon with 10 shots in it. Don't use it until you find Connor.

Finally, return to Navarro to continue the to the final part of the quest. Then, head to the industrial zone to finish Connor. Note that this is where the industrial limbs come in. Upon entering the area, there's a portion of the roof that hangs down. Jump on top of this, and then hop across the small sections to reach a new door. Inside is the radio, which can be set to deactivate his arm:
1. Set the dial to transmit
2. Set the second dial to max
3. Set the frequency to 107.7

Then, exit the room and continue to the right, down the ladder. This will lead you to Connor. Don't forget that you have the gun, which will stop his healing. It's best to take him out as quickly as possible, however, doing the two optional parts of the quest will make the fight much easier.

However you choose to handle him does not matter. The achievement will pop after the fight is over.

Good Cop, Cyber Cop Wiki

This is an option side-quest that will require the implants for higher jumping to complete. It is a very straight forward quest all-in-all. You will have two key options at the end of the quest; to kill Connor or to spare him.

You will start off by investigating the two implants that Connor has, his demolition arm and the healing system he has equipped. Starting with the Demolition arm you should go see Dr. Niles at his clinic and asking about it. He will give you a brochure giving the frequency of 107.7 which can give you an opportunity, when close to deactivate it. Your next step is going to be try to counter his healing, and for that you should go visit Speedy outside of Nightingale bar. He doesn't have everything you need, but buy the drug off of him which will be the first step to countering Connor's healing. The second step is going to see Dr. Holm in Fixer's Hope and pay to get the counter-drug made. Go speak with Navarro and let him know you are all ready to go.

Part two of the quest is simply fighting Connor in the Industrial Zone. Connor fights with kicks in close range and bullets from a distance. His bullets tend to do more damage so try to stay close. As you weaken him he will call in guards that can be taken care of as well. See the official wiki for all of the details and the full breakdown of the Connor fight, although you will most likely find it quite easy to get used to. No matter your choice (Kill Connor, accept his bribe, or have him surrender) finishing with Connor will net your achievement.
