Quest: Meet Raycast
Provider: Decker
Location: Tony's to start, but you find the original in the Redwood-Watts facility.
Additional Info: You will simply be finding a person for this achievement. I will provide you with some general information regarding the quest--specifically when you will be able to break off and meet the original.
During Meet Raycast you will eventually come to the part of the quest where you actually meet Raycast himself. After your meeting you will be tasked with dealing with the clones and will be free to once again access different parts of the facility. After getting out of the isolation chamber head to the left and go through the door, then the vents making your way back to the elevator. Your primary objective is at the top, but for this achievement we want to head to level 3 (you will be able to tell what level you are on by the numbers to the side of each floor).
Once you get to the third floor head to the left and head through the door to the holding cells. The first cell you encounter (Room G-02) has who we are looking for--Iain. If you remember Iain was supposedly killed before to get people involved with the conspiracy and to add to the plot. Well he is alive and well and meeting him will unlock your achievement.

This achievement is story-related, but it is missable. You will be simply meeting a person during the quest to unlock the achievement, but you can completely skip over ever finding him.
