Talk again with Richmond about his "friend", and he'll tell you about a hacker named "Crash" and his hideout, located in Chinatown. Go to the rightmost exit on that zone, climb on the metal supports and jump left.
Inside, you'll find a safe. The code is 13211318. You'll discover the hacker's identity by opening it. Talk back to Richmond and he'll give you a virus to upload.
Once you're inside Redwood-Watts, you need to go left from the Foyer, into the Security area. You'll find a locked door that requires you to go back to the Foyer, take a lift up and enter the Administration zone. Hack the computer there, and you'll be able to acess the office at the end of the Security area.
Hack the computer on the left, and you'll unlock the achievement. Don't forget to pick the card from the desk.

you must do them in the following order:
1 - Hack Crash's computer.
2 - Hack Mitchell's camera feed and then face him.
3 - Show Ellie the evidence.

This achievement is story-related, but it is missable.

Additional Info: During your main quest at Redwood-Watts you will need to hack the specific computer with the virus in hand to expose Crash's identity unlocking the achievement.
During the ramp up to Destroy GSV-2 you will need to get information on three sources and their keycards. The focal point for this particular achievement is Crash, the hacker. After you have taken all of the information you can from Crash's apartment and you return to Richmond, he will give you a virus that you will use when you get to Redwood-Watts.
When you actually get to Redwood-Watts head to the administration zone. You'll find two hackable computers next to each other. In order to unlock the achievement you need to hack the one to the left first in order to expose Crash's identity and unlock the achievement, otherwise you lock it out. After you hack the computer on the left, the achievement will unlock.
