In order to get this achievement, you have to upgrade one of your three software abilities (Wedge, Spammer or Pulsewave) to level 5.
If you look search every nook and cranny around the game, you'll get enough upgrade discs to obtain this, but you can also buy the discs from some vendors.

For anyone wondering, you get a Pulsewave upgrade out of Crash's safe, during the 'Destroy GSV-2' questline. The code to open the safe is, 13211318.
