The fastest way to get both trophies at once is to start the game in OFFLINE HEROIC (Hardcore) mode, despite the apparent convenience of online trading and co-op games. Thanks to the peculiarity of how saves work in the PS4 version of the game (these are different files for the character and for the general chest), you can reduce the time for searching for runes plus their upgrade, searching for items, as well as compiling top rune words, duplicating things, and ensure safe restoration of saves in case complete death of a hardcore character. Also, to increase the download speed, it is better to use a PS5 console and play the PS4 version of the game on it, which will lead to a gain in download time of almost 1.5-2 times.
From the moment I pre-ordered and started the game, I made a mistake and completely went through the described path as an ordinary softcore offline character and received one trophy. Now I'm well on my way to getting the last trophy for level 99 on hardcore.
The fact is that, having reached level 98, you will need approximately the same amount of time to reach level 99, and the experience you gain will be catastrophically negligible (tables for gaining experience depending on the character level and the number of players are on the Internet).
The essence of the method lies in monotonous runs with the classic Paladin Smyther on Clone Diablo, as well as the inclusion of a team of +4 players. When you turn on a team of >4 players, experience for killing a clone no longer increases, and the time to kill a clone increases due to the growth of its HP. It is this Boss that gives the maximum possible amount of experience when killing him in about 1 minute, including downloads and teleports to him with the most successful map generation.
You will need about 10-20 days of continuous play and runs on similar “farm exp” to reach level 99.
Depending on the randomness of the game and your luck, you can get all the items and runes you need to equip your character in about 3-7 days.
The only real problem is getting The Stone of Jordan ring, which is required to summon Diablo Clone in a game session. In offline mode on Hell difficulty, being in Act 1 and having sold only 1 ring to a merchant, a Clone of Diablo appears in the Stony Fields location instead of Boss Rakanishu between the stones with a red teleport.
The highest probability of this ring falling out is on the Nightmare difficulty from the Andariel Boss (there are a lot of calculators on the Internet for the chance of dropping items from bosses). On softcore it took me about 6 days of constant racing to get the coveted ring. On hardcore I only knocked him out on day 11...

Plus fill your inventory with grand charms for +Pala Combat Skiller, since you can cook them in a cube endlessly when restoring save files.
With such equipment and the Life Tap caste, the character is immortal and quickly kills Diablo Clone.
Once everything is ready, the correct equipment is collected, SOJ is mined and accumulated, all that remains is not to go crazy from the monotonous runs on Diablo Clone.
