Just a reminder for those who is playing online cross-progressing on multiplatform.You will have to activate all waypoints in one playthrough of one character on console.
If you activate one or two waypoints on PC then go back continue playing this character, you won't unlock the achievement in this playthru.
[Edit] If the progression is glitched or you've activated a few waypoints on other platform, wrap to each one of them and then the achievement shall be unlocked.

Played only on console and achievement didn't unlock.
Still managed to unlock it after teleporting on every single waypoint on one game

I can confirm even if you play with cross progression and get waypoints in PC all you need to do is warp to each waypoint in the same difficulty. Doesn't have to be all at once, game crashed on me and i continued where i left off and it unlocked.
