I got this today by going into a PVP game then running out to the carnage like a sneaky sneak to grab the ears and TP to safety, they were frustrated haha

I hooked up with some random dude in the first act. Apparently he was also looking for ears for a trophy. We took turns killing each other. I haven’t negotiated with anyone before. Ears occupy one cell and must be in the inventory. You can hit one enemy.
