How to unlock the Fresh Meat achievement in Diablo III - Definitive Guide

To get this achievement you will need to complete these 3 challenges

Don't Stand in the Fire - Kill the Butcher without being burned by floor fires or being grabbed by Ancient Spear on Hell Difficulty or Higher
This is best done with the A Brief Butchering or a fast kill challenges on easy difficulty, because you will have to stay very close to him to avoid being pulled in by his chain whip that he will use to pull you into melee range if you're too far away. Staying near him also means you will need to keep a very close eye on the floor to avoid the fire that comes out of the grates, also being fast helps to avoid getting hit by the fire because the longer the fight lasts, the more fire that will come out of more grates so you will have less floor available for you to stand on

A Brief Butchering - Kill the Butcher in under 2 minutes on Inferno difficulty
To do this you will need fairly decent equipment, which by the time you hit inferno you should have some. Just go all out using powers and skills as often as you can. If you try to do this on easy it will be a breeze

Stunning Reversal - Kill the Butcher while he is stunned by his own charge attack on Nightmare difficulty or higher
One of The Butcher's attacks is a forward charge, it is pretty easy to spot and avoid as he will give off sort of glow just before he does it. The Butcher will then charge towards you, as soon as he hits a wall/the edge of the area, he will be stunned for a short period with stars above his head. Just get his health down low enough so when he does the charge you can quickly finish him off while he is stunned and net you the challenge.

I tried Stunning Reversal several times on Nightmare/Easy and i was one-shotting him and it wouldn't register. When I bumped it up to Nightmare/Normal and two-shotted him, it worked. Could be coincidence, but worth mentioning just in case.

There are only three challenges for the Butcher, unfortunately you have to wait until Inferno mode before you can do the last one. Other than that these are pretty straight forward. You can find the Butcher in Act 1 - The Imprisoned Angel - Chamber Of Suffering, this won't bring right to the Butcher but its the closest you can get I believe.

Challenge One - Don't Stand In The Fire
Kill the Butcher without being Burned by floor fires or being grabbed by the Ancient Spear in Hell mode or higher.

Challenge Two - A Brief Butchering
Kill the Butcher in under 2 minutes in Inferno Mode

Challenge Three - Stunning Reversal
Kill the Butcher while he is stunned by his own charge attack in Nightmare mode or higher

This trophy is awarded for completing all of the Butcher challenges. In total there are three challenges (listed below - this cannot be completed until Inferno mode)

Location: Act 1 - The Imprisoned Angel - Chamber of Suffering

Challenge #1 - Don't Stand in the Fire
Kill the Butcher without being Burned by floor fires or being grabbed by ancient spear in Hell mode or higher.

This one is about your awareness. The floor panels will light up before they start to burn you so make sure you move out of the way the second they light up. The Butcher will occasionally use his ancient spear ability. Before he does this he will point at your character which is your cue to move to the side!

Challenge #2 - A Brief Butchering
Kill the Butcher in under 2 minutes in Inferno Mode

The easiest way to complete this is to put the difficulty on easy and have a character with decent gear. Just attack him with all you have and he should fall well below the 2 minute mark

Challenge #3 - Stunning Reversal
Kill the Butcher while he is stunned by his own charge attack in Nightmare mode or higher

Occasionally the Butcher will charge your character, this will be started by a large fire line appearing. Move out of the way of this and the Butcher will be stunned for a couple of seconds. All you have to do for this challenge is lower his health until he has hardly any left and then wait until he charges you. When he is stunned finish him off and the challenge will be completed.

Eliminate the Act I final boss - The Butcher - while accomplishing certain tasks during the fight. They can be done over as many playthroughs as you want

This is best paired with A Brief Butchering, or a fast kill on a lower difficulty, because you will need to stay close to him to avoid being pulled in by his Scorpion-like chain whip that he will throw at you to pull you into melee range if you're too far away. Staying close to him also means you will need to work to avoid the fire that comes out of the grates on the floor, and being fast helps offset the fear of being hit by the fire because the longer the fight lasts, the more fire will come out of the ground at a given time (so fast feet = little to worry about if you stay close to the boss).

A Brief Butchering - Kill the Butcher in under 2 minutes on Inferno difficulty
In order to do this you will want to have a decent set of gear, and a coop friend (or three) to both help do damage, and also allow you to go all-out damage without the fear of being forced to restart if you die.

Stunning Reversal - Kill the Butcher while he is stunned by his own charge attack on Nightmare difficulty or higher
One of The Butcher's attacks is a forward charge, which is pretty easy to spot and avoid as he will sort of glow just prior to doing it. The Butcher will charge forward, and once he hits a wall/the edge of his little arena, he will be briefly stunned. Be sure to finish him off while he is stunned to finish the challenge.

Challenges associated with the Butcher:

1) Don’t burn your feathers! (Kill the Butcher without getting burned in the fiery puddle or being affected by the Spear of the Ancients on Hell difficulty or higher) - Very easy if you are playing as a sorcerer or as a Demon Hunter with high DPS. Because These classes have abilities that allow you to quickly overcome obstacles, and high DPS is needed to quickly get rid of the boss and therefore run into fewer traps.

2) Quick steak (Kill the Butcher in 2 minutes or less on the “Inferno” difficulty level) - Well, everything is clear here, we just increase our damage to the maximum and kill the Butcher as quickly as possible.

3) Resounding success (Kill the Butcher while he is stunned by his charge, at the “Nightmare” difficulty level or higher) - If you don’t get it as you progress, then go to the Nightmare difficulty and there leave some HP for the boss when he makes a charge, then dodge and for now he is stunned, we finish off the scoundrel.

Currently, for the “ Resounding Success ” stage, in addition to “ Nightmare or higher ,” you also need to set the difficulty to “ Master I or higher ,” otherwise it will not be counted.
