How to unlock the In and Out achievement in Diablo IV - Definitive Guide
To obtain this cheevo, you need to play as the Rogue character.
This can be done on a regular character or a hardcore one. If you want to make this much easier, do so on World Tier I, as the enemies will be easier to kill.
When you start off the game you will be poking the bad guys with the business end of your daggers, which count towards the melee range part of the achievement. You should finish the rest easily as kills with your bow count when the baddies are an arm's length away.
You should probably pop this one by the time you reach level 7 or shortly thereafter. Just keep killing things with your bow. A number of enemies will get in melee range even when you switch to ranged attacks and those kills will count.

I just don’t get this achievement lol. I’m already level 10 and nothing. Killed so much stuff with both melee and bow, but nothing.

A bow or bow skill is not required, the Puncture skill is perfectly fine to kill distant enemies.
I don't know why the negative vote, your guide is fine, the achievement description is pretty self-explanatory though.

The Rogue class achievement is perhaps one of the most straightforward out of the lot, because while it might be easy to think you need to unlock both bow and blade abilities, that’s actually not the case. This achievement is all about the range. So, if they can melee you, they’re in melee range. If not, they’re out of melee range. It's as simple as that.
So, kill 50 enemies who are close enough to melee you, and 50 who are not. Do it all with the bow, if you want. We did.

I advise you to learn the “Life-Living Strike” skill from the beginning of the game and count 50 killed mobs, but 55 is better.
Then reset your skills and learn Heart Piercer.
