How to unlock the End of the First Mother achievement in Diablo IV - Definitive Guide
Once you reach level 90 on a character that has access to World Tier 4, you will get a quest named Capstone Dungeon: Echo of Hatred, which will pop up and ask you to travel to the chapel in Nevesk. Upon interacting with the blood petals on the floor, your character will be teleported to the Echo of Hatred instance. You will walk the demonic halls of Mephisto's Temple once again and finally arrive at the boss platform to encounter Uber Lilith. The boss will not be visible at the start but once you get close to the middle of the arena she will drop down and push you back (wowhead.com)
Uber Lilith Boss is a challenging fight that requires a highly optimized character. There are many damage per second (DPS) checks throughout the fight. Lilith is hard because she has several one shot mechanics which cant be blocked (super tanky barbs can, but you will lack dps because of it). This fight comes down to muscle memory, dps, maxed char and a little luck.
There are 3 ways you can beat uber lilith, I will list and explain them briefly, coming from my experience.
1. Normal way. Here are a few general tips that will apply to basically every class and build.
Don’t attempt this fight until you’re Level 100. There’s no reason to fight her early.
Level up Glyphs through Nightmare Dungeons. This can only be done by farming Nightmare Dungeons, and is essential. You won’t be strong enough to fight Uber Lilith unless multiple glyphs are leveled up.
Focus on increasing Critical Strike, Critical Damage and Vulnerable Damage. Making Lilith vulnerable and dealing high critical damage is the only way to damage her fast enough.
And finally, be prepared to die a lot.
Here is a youtube guide from one of the best players Wudijo on how to kill uber lilith:
Edit: the cheese builds might be outdated because they were from s0 and s1. Check out the players I linked for new updated builds
2. Cheese build. Some classes have builds that are refered to as Advanced Burst Damage Strategy. Where if applied correctly, this strategy will allow you to skip some deadly mechanics and finish the fight in a much shorter duration. Basically you have to decide to go for one of those builds from the begining, because its very time consuming to respec and to level up the glyphs to lvl 21.
Some of the builds I know that can do that are:
Bursting venom rogue
Bonespear necro
Shred druid
3. The easiest way would be to pay someone gold to kill her for you. You can join the official D4 discord https://discord.com/invite/diablo4 and under "wts boosting" you can find people selling uber lilith kills for gold. The price ranges from 5kk to 15kk, some do it free. Pay attention that you hire the players who get paid after the kill so they cant scam you.
You have to have T4 unlocked. Then they will kill uber lilith themself, invite you to a party and then you will TP to them and get all the credits and the achievement. You got to be fast tho.
So this is the method for the ones who dont care about grinding the boss for several days to get the muscle memory and play perfect for 30 min so you dont get killed by 1 shot mechanics.

The guide is nice but be warned, if you’re like me and this is your first Diablo, you will find out that only certain builds are able to put enough damage on her. I’m a lvl 98 WW Barb, which is fantastic AOE for clearing NM Dungeons, but it’s not good enough to put damage solo to Uber Lilith. I’ll either need to find help, or start over with one of the above mentioned builds. Blizzard is constantly changing the game with buffs and nerfs, but it is unlikely they ever buff certain builds enough to take her on. Maybe she will get nerfed at some point, but for now, the 3 builds mentioned above are the best way to go if this achievement is your ultimate goal.

Killed her solo with a poison TB rogue, after doing a respec on my rapid fire rogue at level 100. I did have to find some new gear/aspects, but most them I already had stored in my stash in preparation. I also did have to re-level a bunch of glyphs, but only to level 15, which isn't terrible. I highly recommend using a "cheese" build, because her one-shot mechanics are numerous and imo unfair in a lot of cases. Even with a cheese build, though, there is a learning curve in figuring out how to skip most of the mechanics. Good luck.

In the Season 3, the Uber Lilith boss is glitchy and to be more certain - glitch part is a spike waves attack in the first phase. The problem is, that the animation frame of the spike wave attack shows with a delay. As a result, as soon as you see that Lilith start making the fatal spikes with a waves that are moving to you, you might be already dead, as this attack one shot you all the time no matter how strong you are.
1. Don't try to go fight with her if your level is less than 100, its useless as it was mentioned in the first guide
2. If you just start playing the game and focus to obtain this achievement, try to make meta build, and focus on class with a high attack power / defensive stats. As I know barbarians in this season are really strong and could one shot almost every boss including Uber Lilith. You can find a lot of meta builds for each class on corresponding sites.
3. The best way to get this achievement if you dont want to try hard and make your own build, is simply reach level 100 or even less and then go to any city where you can find other players and start inviting to the party any player with 100 level.
There are 2 ways to invite player.

One of the last achievements you’ll get on your main character is this fine achievement. Uber Lilith is basically the game’s hardest boss fight, and is available to fight after you’ve finished the main campaign and are in World Tier 4.
So, basically, you need to have completed the Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon at level 50 and the Fallen Temple Capstone Dungeon in northeastern Dry Steppes at level 70. You’ll then have access to Uber Lilith, who’s in the Echo of Hatred Capstone Dungeon, which is southwest of Kyovashad in the Fractured Peaks.
Now, when you get to level 70, heading to Uber Lilith is not advised. She is a level 100 boss, and a much more devastating form of the one you encountered in the story. She’s quicker, her attacks are more deadly, and they cover more ground.
In order to get into a position to even contemplate taking on Uber Lilith, you need to do a few things:
The fight itself will no doubt take more than a few attempts, so make sure you have enough gold to repair your weapons when their durability fails. But like this and most of the other boss fights in Diablo, Uber Lilith has patterns. Learn them. Learn where to stand. Learn when to move. You’ll know the boss fight from the main campaign, this is just a slight variation on that. Sure, she’s quicker, her attacks cover more ground and they’re more powerful, but they’re pretty much the same in terms of what they do, and what she does.
I'm not gonna kid you, she's incredibly difficult, but if you’ve set up your character correctly, you’ve done the most time--consuming work. The next bit is nailing the patterns, which will take multiple attempts, no doubt.
Good luck, and god speed.

- Max out your character to level 100. You may need to respec and change your playstyle completely for this one, so be aware of that. For instance, my bow-centric Rogue build is too underpowered, in truth, especially solo, so if you’re doing the same, switch out to a Twisting Blades Rogue and lean into one of the most overpowered moves in the game.
- Secondly, your character should have as close to level 100 items as possible, and every single Aspect should play into your build. If there’s one that’s wasted, replace it.
- Thirdly, you’re going to want to put sockets (and jewels) and fully upgrade every single item to the max level. So, get farming those Scattered Prisms and rare resource salvage to make that possible.
- If there’s an affix on one of your weapons that does not complement your playstyle, visit the Occultist to replace it.
- By now you should have all the Altars of Liliths and have maxed out all 5 regions in terms of renown. This is a.) because of the stats boosts you get from the Altars; and b.) because of the 20 extra Paragon points you get from reaching level 5 in terms of renown.

Super Lilith is the main boss and the hardest EndGame content challenge available in the game. She is available at world level 4 (level 100 boss)
It's difficult to deal with it alone. The battle is similar to the story, but enhanced by 100%.
Solo builds (confirmed kills):
Rogue / Barbarian / Wizard / Necromancer .

I hasten to reassure those who succumbed to panic that now they need to kill her solo
At the moment (July 28), after the patch which says that you need to kill her solo, you can still kill her in a group
The patch has changed the requirement for obtaining an in-game achievement (that is, a title) - yes, now you have to kill solo
But the PS trophy still drops in the group, today I killed it in the group (the necromancer ruined it, when there was a little HP left, he invited me to the group and I teleported to him, then he finished it off and I got the trophy), so everything is still in the discord Diablo for a small amount of gold (someone knows - about 20-25 million) you can buy a boost

In the 3rd season, the developers in the 2nd phase of the battle eliminated the ability to avoid the occurrence of blood pools, from which bloody souls appear chasing the player. Now, even if you destroy all the boss’s health with one or two hits, the mechanics of puddles and souls are still activated. If you get into a puddle, take a one-shot. If the soul has caught up - for most bilods it’s a one-shot. Puddles 4 pieces. they are always in the same areas - one in the center and 3 on the falling off edges. They may be a little closer to the edge or a little further.
Therefore, either learn to run, or wait for new boss changes, or look for assistants.
If you do it yourself, then increase your running speed by more than 140% + boots with “+ [X] to the number of Evasion charges” help a lot. Well, and your class abilities for fast movement
Phase 1. Ideally, create a build that one-shots this phase, or at least lowers health to zero by the second time Lilith rises into the air, after which she begins to do all sorts of nasty things on the ground. Stand yourself inside the circle at the bottom. If your health has been reduced to almost zero, then most likely it will cause a triangle. If you are standing at the bottom of the circle, then there is a high chance that the triangle will be located in such a way that it will not be difficult to get out of its limits, the main thing is to act quickly. Next, we kill the adds and bubbles and move on to the 2nd phase.
Phase 2. We remove health, run from souls, jump from collapsing platforms. I tried running in different ways. The route from this video guide (en) helped me.
