Hey all,
This achievement is divided in two steps:
1) Hit lv 10, do the PRIORITY quest for the Herbalist (super easy). Now you can craft Elixir
2) Hit lv 45, no quest needed, you can now craft the first Incense.
The first Incense (Song of the Mountain) costs 5k gold and 10 Biteberry, 15 Gallowine, 5 Crushed beast bones and 5 Angelbreath.
As soon as you craft your first incense, you'll get the achievement. You don't need to use it.
Incenses are quite strong items, they buff all players in a radius, especially for the group plays such as Legion events or World Bosses!

The Angelbreath is rare & hard to find. Be on the lookout for bright yellow flower.

If you visit one of the Alchemists in any of the major towns in Sanctuary in Diablo 4 you’ll be able to craft temporary boost elixirs for your character. Depending on which one you craft, will depends on the ingredients you need (and their rarity).
