How to unlock the Curious Collector achievement in Diablo IV - Definitive Guide
This achievement is simply for completing the imprinting of an item 10 times with an aspect from the Codex of Power. I did this with the same item, switching between two different Aspects from the Codex of Power. My recommendation would be to store an item from early game that only requires 6 veiled crystal (the later in the game and higher level the item, the more likely you'll need rarer parts). Simply, imprint the item with one Codex of Power and then switch to the next one. Repeat this process 10 times where the achievement will pop. Otherwise, you will likely get this on the grind to lvl 100 and completing your build and gear needed for Uber Lilith.
TLDR (short-guide for those who want to rush):
- Aquire 2 different Codex of Power from dungeons
- Acquire 60 Veiled Crystal (chance when deconstructing rare weapons and armor, farm elites on WT2)
- Find one item that can be imprinted with both Codex of Powers you have
- Alternate the Codex of Power imprint on the same item 10 times.
-Profit

@E vee dub Too Long Didn't Read.
You can keep replacing them indefinitely, new will replace the old one. You can imprint any item as long as the aspect is matching the required item type.

To add, the aspects that are part of the codex of power, never end or disappear. You can imprint as many items with the same codex as you want. I imprinted 10 different swords all in my bag/ inventory with the same codex, back to back. So you can salvage your new legendary items after they are imprinted to get more components if needed to keep imprinting, even the same codex of power aspect and never lose the aspect.

The wording is incorrect, I got this to pop by imprinting from an Aspect in my inventory, so it looks like the 10 is from the Codex *and* Imprints you have taken from items.

Can confirm this is correct, just unlocked this with a combination of Aspects from my Codex and Imprints from weapons "salvaged" with the Occultist. Thanks!

The Curious Collector achievement is one that will most definitely come as you work towards level 100. What it basically wants you to do is two-fold:
- Firstly, complete a dungeon for your character, and this in turn unlocks an Aspect for your Codex of Power.
- Then, when you get a weapon with an Aspect you don’t like, head to the Occultist and imprint the Codex of Power you got from a dungeon that you do like, onto that new weapon or piece of equipment you want to use.
- While there are 115 different main dungeons, and in turn, 115 Aspects for the Codex of Power, not all will be relevant to your character. To find which ones are, go to the in-game main menu, go to Collections and then to Codex of Power. Then, press in the right stick and see which ones suit your build. Then, when you find one, hit on it to pin it to the map. Then, go get it.
- Secondly, don’t even bother doing this until at least level 50. Anything before then will be a waste of money and resources, as you level up super fast from 1-50, but super slow from 50-100.

Aspects are obtained by completing a dungeon or by extracting it from a legendary item from an occultist. Approach the occultist, choose any item from rare (yellow) to legendary (orange) and add to it your favorite aspect from the “code of power” and so on 10 times. Having opened the map, select the “collections” tab, there you will find a “power code” in which all aspects will be shown for all classes in the game, press R3 to see only your class. Having selected an aspect from this list, press X to get directions to the dungeon where it appears.
