How to unlock the Emancipation achievement in Diablo IV - Definitive Guide

This unlocks when talking to Lorath at the graves during the epilogue quest, "The Legacy of the Horadrim," right as the final cutscene starts. You could play the entire campaign on a different platform and then just trigger the final cutscene on Xbox to get this achievement.

Hey everyone, I want to play the game on PC Game Pass, I guess the Achievements won't unlock since it's using Battle.net ?

Correct Void. Just like EA and Ubisoft games you have their achievement system not xbox's

i have the option to "skip campaign" pretty early on in the game.
If i did this would i still unlock this achievement?

I've played and completed the campaign on PS5, all of my characters are past the campaign stage now. How do I obtain this on Xbox? Do I actually need to start a new character and play through it again?

If you're past the point where you're at the graves with Lorath, I think you'll need to make a new character and at least finish the final quest on Xbox. You could probably play most of the campaign on PS5 if you'd prefer, but that final quest is the trigger and you'd need to be on Xbox when you finish it.

Story-related. Cannot miss.

The Diablo 4 campaign consists of 6 pretty lengthy acts (although the first 3 are by far the meatiest). Simply complete all 6 Acts and complete the epilogue, and this achievement will unlock.
