How to unlock the Turned achievement in Diablo IV - Definitive Guide

Out of the 5 different 666 kill achievements, this is probably the one you’ll unlock first - we unlocked it as early as the the Condemned Mines in Act 1, A Cold and Iron Faith, during the main mission, “Undertaking.” This is probably down to the fact that a lot of the Fractured Peaks is infested with both Vampires and Werewolves.

You can track how many enemies you’ve killed in the Challenges section of the main menu - Collections > Challenges > Monsters. Here it’ll tell you how many Drowned, Vampires and Werewolves you have killed.
