Easy to get - these are a new monster type in the Expansion, I got mine by simply wandering the Helltide murdering everything in sight..
Note, some of the monster types include Pullulatorsm Regurgitators and Frothers.
It was the 1st cheev I got in the expansion.
You can track progress in Collections->Challenges->Monsters and you can see Hollows, Dregs and Lacuni's killed. It's easiest if you hold
to bring up the filter, and filter only on the Expansion.
EDIT: It looks like this MIGHT be Spiritborne specific... I got this as the new class.

Yeah I'm at 5,000+ in each of these categories. I am wondering if this is Spiritborn specific... Playing that character to see if I can get it to pop.
