How to unlock the Use Dragon's Tooth achievement in Dicey Dungeons - Definitive Guide
I unlocked this on the parallel universe episode of the Robot playthrough (episode 5). The Dragons tooth is a card you pick up randomly in the robot dungeon. To use it you need to be able to press the calculate button seven times before the error pops up and rids you of your equipment, this is a difficult thing to do and you are better off only using the item to unlock the achievement.
Your best chance of successfully pressing the calculate button 7 times is by going up against the yeti or the snowman as they use their freeze attacks to reduce the value of your dice rolls, this in turn increases your success of getting in seven rolls before an error is returned.

Quickly adding something: if you upgrade the dragons tooth, you only need 6 dices!

I had an upgraded Overlocked ability. Even dice will lower your CPU by 3. Combined with the snowman freezes I got it in the first battle after getting the Dragon Tooth.

Robot-specific Achievement
Also in Robot Round 5, there is a chance you'll see the Dragon's Tooth item in a chest of shop. Grab it as soon as you see it, and make it top priority to upgrade it.
How the Dragon's Tooth works is that you need to roll seven dice to activate it. With the Robot, you'll see how this is a challenge, because you typically only get 4-5 dice per turn depending on your CPU level and what numbers you roll. This is why upgrading the Dragon's Tooth helps significantly - you only need six dice instead of seven. Now it's just a matter of getting "good" RNG so that you roll enough dice. One thing that helps is fighting ice opponents, such as Yeti or Snowman, who will freeze your dice. This makes you roll lower numbers, significantly increasing the chances of rolling enough total dice in one turn. You'll also want to keep your limit break ready, because if you get five dice, use your limit break to guarantee you get the sixth so Dragon's Tooth becomes available to use, then use any dice on it.

Anyway, you will find this card in the robot's walkthrough, to activate it you need 7 dice, and then play with luck until 7 dice appear.
