How to unlock the Use limit break twice achievement in Dicey Dungeons - Definitive Guide
Hello squared friends!
In order to use your "limit break" twice in one turn, you need to take some damage during your own turn. There are several ways of doing this. Here is how I managed to pop the achievement. Obviously, it is easier if you already can use your limit break, going into a fight.
I was in Bonus Round from the character "Jester" and fought a "Cactus" enemy. This little guy uses "thornes" that hurt you, when you attack the enemy.
So all you need to do, is activate your limit break and do him low damage several times. Each time you damage him, he hurts you for 2/3/4 HP (depending on how much "thornes" he has on himself).
Quick steps:
1) Have limit break ready
2) Fight a cactus
3) Let him add "Thornes" to himself
4) Use limit break
5) Attack several times with low damage
6) Use limit break again (because "thrones" hurt you enough to use limit break again)
Hopes this helps you guys! Feel free to share your methods and insights, to make it easier. Greets!

Perfect solution. Jester worked great. Thanks for sharing!

With the Jester I needed four dice and Thorns (x3) to trigger a second limit break. Thus I needed the Duplicate card for a fourth dice. Might be easier with the Thief.

The guide above is great but you may not run into the cactus on floor 3, negating the achievement. An easier method is to still do the bonus round of the Jester, however make sure you select the finale card that puts the game in "hard mode" where enemies have their equipment upgraded (you must beat the bonus round once to unlock hard mode option). Now go to floor 1 and see if the Rose appears.
If the Rose dose not appear, just quit and restart the level until he finally appears, then proceed below. Note it took me a lot of restarts before the Rose finally appeared so don't get frustrated if he doesn't spawn right away.
When the Rose appears, start a fight but do not initially attack/keep skipping turn until he attacks you to A) build up your limit break first and then B) uses his single ability that adds 3 thorns. Once the thorns are active on him and your limit break is charged, activate your limit break and then deal just enough damage to recharge your limit break again and activate it a 2nd time. This only works on the hard mode because his upgraded attack adds 3 thorns instead of the regular 2 thorns, allowing you to receive enough damage to recharge your limit break without killing him. If you accidentally kill him, just immediately quit and reload your save.

While this can theoretically be done with any character, it is best done with the Thief, and I'll explain why below.
As the description says, you need to use your Focus limit break () twice in a single TURN, not in a single fight. This may seem impossible at first, because the only way to built up limit break is to take damage. This means you need to have your limit break ready, use it, somehow take damage during your turn, it needs to be enough damage to refill your Focus meter, and then use limit break a second time.
As far as I know, there are only three ways to take damage on your turn:

As far as I know, there are only three ways to take damage on your turn:
- Using Burning dice to deal damage to yourself. This obviously relies on fighting an enemy that will burn all of your dice
- Find equipment that hurts you when you use it. I've seen a couple, and can't remember the names of them, but it would be a lot of RNG to try to find them on a run
- Fight against an enemy that uses Thorns. How Thorns work is that if an enemy has, say, Thorns 2 on them, each time you hit them with an attack you will take 2 damage, building up your Focus meter
