This unlocked for me in Chapter 5 during the Dominion Battle with Team Dreamin' by total accident but you can do this at any point provided your Digimon is a high level (Ultimate or higher) and it works extra well if the opponent takes x3 damage due to type advantages. I wouldn't go out of my way for this one, it'll happen naturally but in the event you're unable or don't want to wait my fluke is below:
My method was to move Fei on a straight path to the opponent on the opposite side who had 2 FanBeemon and a DemiDevimon. I made Sakuyamon use guard due to it's type disadvantage, TigerVespamon used Mach Stinger V on DemiDevimon, and I used Hououmon's Starlight Explosion (which damages all foes) and wiped out all 3 enemy Digimon in a single blast which popped the trophy.
