To do this you must access online mode by going to the DigiLab and interact with the red circle in the back of the room. You WILL need PS Plus for this.
Once you've booted up the Online features select "Player Settings" and move your tab over to the Title option. Here you'll find all the titles you've unlocked (you start with 3 automatically) and you just need to pick one for the trophy.
