This is done in the Online mode and you need to go to the DigiLab and interact with the red circle in the back of the room to do so. You WILL need PS Plus for this.
If you transfered a save from Cyber Sleuth over you'll have one accessory already but you'll need 2 more at least.
Once you're in the Online mode select Network Battle and go down to the Coin Shop. Any item with a pink hat (it looks like Mimi's from Adventure 1) is an accessory. Simply buy 2 of them (the mostly cost 200 but a handful go for 5000) and equip your 3 battle Digimon to pop the trophy.
If you don't want to keep the items and just want the trophy you can back out without saving and reload your game as the coins are tied to your save file and not your account.
