Go to the DigiLab and head to the red circle on the floor in the back left.
This is the online colosseum where you can battle people online and change your online avatar and title for your opponents to see.
To get this trophy select Player Settings and select a new outfit for Avatar 1. If you ported a save over you should have several options available and if not you can buy outfits with the coins you win when doing online battles.
