This achievement is story related and cannot be missed.
Cyclonemon is another boss in part 3 of the story. He is easier than the previous boss, Arkunenimon. If you can take out the first two minions before he reaches you, it will limit his team attacks that can be a nuisance. After this first two are defeated, focus on the boss to immediately end the fight and unlock your achievement.

This boss battle happens immediately after Arukenimon.
It's got a lot of dialogue and new Digivolution but it's pretty tame nonetheless.
Beating on Cyclonemon with your Champion level Vaccine types should make short work of him and you can skip the minions unless they get in your way.
