This is story related and cannot be missed.
Dokugumon is the boss of the school house in part 1 of the story. The achievement will unlock as soon as you kill the main dokugumon (the large one) during the battle.
The fight is pretty straightforward but if you are having problems you can always lower the difficulty at the start of the battle.

first boss is lv 5, im just saying this for anyone taking the easyway out of grinding as this is a jrpg tactical, so at lv 13, agumons leveling slows down extremely bad, but, if you grind till lv 13 (the main fights intended for lv 5s)
Then you should be able to use 2 pepper breaths to skip rhe fight into the second srage, then agumon evolves, in which he will literally 2 shot the boss and 2 shot all mobs in the fight as long as you side or back shot them, for every subsequent boss after just be 5 levels higher for the same result, your welcome

During your adventure
you'll eventually fight Dokugumon.
When the battle starts there will be smaller Dokugumon that you need to take care of but if you just head straight for the top were Aoi is you'll find the big one.
After a few hits you'll get the scene where
and you'll be able to whip through the battle much faster.
The trophy will pop once the big Dokugumon is killed but you must defeat ALL them to finish the battle.
*Note, after the big one is gone you should de-Digivolve (just select the rookie form from the "Evolutions" option on the battle screen) to conserve your SP!
