How to unlock the Muzzled MegaSeadramon! achievement in Digimon Survive - Definitive Guide
This is the first boss fight in the list that won't unlock in order. In Part 5 of your first playthrough you will fight Seadramon a few times but its evolution MegaSeadramon doesn't appear until you enter new game plus and beyond. Once you return on your next playthrough it will be the main boss of Part 5 and close out the chapter. He seems to appear regardless of whether you're on the Truthful route or not.

This boss is only beatable during your true route, which is only available after you have beaten the story the first time.
This achievement is tied to the True Route. It happens during the expected fight with Wendigomon, but if Shuuji is saved, you will fight MegaSeadramon instead.
You'll get this by first following the guide for
Once this trophy is earned it's almost plain sailing from there.
It's advisable to keep raising Ryo's affinity, by the point of this battle, my affinity with Ryo was at 69.
It's also beneficial to have Shuuji at at least 48-55 where possible in affinity also. This is to make sure you get the better digivolution out of Lopmon. (in my own opinion at least). I've read elsewhere that it's possible to still be lumbered with Wendingomon, the slow, cumbersome, useless pile of poo, if the affinity isn't also raised for Shuuji.
For obvious reasons, this is the alternative battle to another one.
This is the true path of the game.
EDIT: As a side note, you get a HUGE bonus to affinity when you talk to Ryo and Shuuji during the sequence where things start to go missing.
Make sure you choose to talk to Ryo and not Aoi if you want to go this route otherwise, you'll never learn about Ryo's special item.
EDIT 2: Struck out a line as it turns out what I jad read on another site was wrong.

This happends if you save a certain character, can be done in the first playthrough if you get the hang of the game mechanics quick enough.
