Digimon Survive

There's some painful moments in this game.
I'd advise sticking to one set of answers first
Also, if you haven't finished this game once, DO NOT READ ON.

I'll link the trophies where I unlocked them in the solution.

General hints
• You can auto battle if you don't like the battle sequences, but it'll stop you recruiting free Digimon, which doesn't really help with the platinum, so it's wise to only use it once you have the trophy for the index entries.
• Karma is the accumilation of points are based on your dialogue answers (Moral on the left, Wrathful is the upper option and harmonious is on the right). This affects two things:
1) Agumon's first two Digivolutions, the third is based on your choice in chapter 8 at the shrine.
2) The choices available at chapter 8 for the endings you can see.
• Affinity points with other members of your group affects how they perform with you in battle and also in some cases if they even survive the game. Affinity points also affects if their partner digimon evolve or not. To get to Mega level, they have to be at 70 affinity points.
• Free Battles are the only way to recruit new Digimon. Through choosing "Talk" option when you're controlling a partner Digimon. Then pressing to get to the "Foes" option and talking to the enemy answering three questions.
Boss battles DO NOT allow you to recruit their followrs.
• You need slabs to evolve free digimon. Mature (Rookie - Champion), Perfect (Champion - Ultimate) and Ultimate (Ultimate - Mega).

Play through blind and don't follow guides.

The next trophy is gained by choosing the Moral option in chapter 8.


Playthrough Two
Save Ryo and Shuuji and see the true ending. It's possible to save Ryo in your first run, however, this will not unlock the trophies for the "True ending" as it can only be finished on NG+.

To save Ryo, you need to take every opportunity to raise his affinity to beyond 50 before Chapter four. Through, free action and exploration sequences, or just generally being nice or agreeing with him.

Shuuji will be saved by saving Ryo, but it's advisable to follow the same tactic as Ryo as both will get their partners mega forms earlier that way.

This run you should also go for gaining everyones Mega partner forms by attaining 70 affinity points with each person.

Playthrough 3
chose to split your answers between the other two options from Playthrough one, for example, I chose mainly Moral options during playthrough one and got the Moral ending.
In this playthrough I chose mainly Wrathful answers but made sure to also have 30points in Harmony too.

This playthough you should also be able to complete your entries for Digimon in your index, by recruiting them through free battles or by random events, like how Palmon is recruited. If you have acess to all 117, you need 117 entries. It's 113 if you don't install Guilimon.

Make sure you keep a shrine save from Chapter 8 during this playthrough too, to save time. The game prompts you to save.







Part playthrough
Load up your shrine save from Playthrough 3 and choose the opposite option. The bottom one is the bad ending and has no trophy attached to it.
