For the achievement, you must reach level 30 in Dirt Tout.
Almost everything you do in DiRT2 earns you experience points. Just keep running races & throwdowns until you've earned enough XP to hit level 30 and this achievement is yours.

Level 30 is easily achieved by winning all the races in the DiRT Tour. If you are going for platinum, you will get this trophy and Getting A Reputation on the way, so don’t worry about this.
