How to unlock the Best Friends Forever! achievement in DiRT 2 - Definitive Guide

Check out each specialilty in racing and race at their tracks and their events and if you beat them you will eventually get the achievements for them being your friend. good luck. The superstars only have to be your buddys not think your legend.

I know this is very old but I had only Mohammed Ben Sulayem left as buddy, all the others thought of me as a legend. As soon as i beat the next rally event the game informed me that Mohammeds status was now legend and at the same time the achievement popped.

There are 7 superstars to befriend in the game. Check your relationship status in the trailer, under My Stuff > Relationships. As you progress through the game and win races, more superstars will begin to respect you, and a message will come up at the end of a race stating that *Insert superstar name here* thinks you are a legend. You will also unlock liveries for their cars. Don’t worry about this trophy it will come with natural progression in the game.

Also a simple achievement, when you win races you will be sent additional races by stars, just complete them and all 3 achievements are yours.
