Choose 2 time the same girl on a teamevent. It doesn't matter which girl. Be sure to pick the second time the same girl as the first time.

super easy achievement. when you unlock the teams race in london, play on easy with jayde and you will get this no prob.

The best place to do this is in Malaysia. The first two All-Star events are Katie Justice's "specialties." By choosing her for these two events, you pretty much ensure victory and you don't have to repeat any events like the other people suggest.

Team events will require you to pick a team mate before you start the race. Simply pick one of the two girls, either Katie or Jayde, win the race, and remember to do the same thing next time you encounter a team event.
