How to unlock the Honorable Driver achievement in DiRT 3 - Definitive Guide

Ok i have tried and tested and this 100% works.

Jam session, rallycross, LA coliseum, vermont avenue 1 lap.

Now go in the advance settings turn impact rating on and also turn driving assists off.

Also have collisions ON

Now race the track and do not hit anything!

Me and a mate did 5 in a row and got the achievement. You will know if you're going to get the achievement as the logo next to your tag (green, yellow, red etc) will turn into a white hexagon shape.

The above guide works. Although it is worth mentioning that when I was doing it with a friend, it was very glitching and had to done more that the 5 times.

Tried this method with 2 of us on green and 2 on yellow and it took less than the 5 races for us all to get it, excellent!

Ive been struggling to get this.

Do i have to start a race, do 1 round, then stop. Then repeat 5 times ?

Or do i have to start a race, race the 5 rounds, then do this 5 times or once ?

Did three hardcore race's and didn't once get this. I'm lost. Why are people talking about five wins?

5 in a row means 5 races. I USED ONE ROUND and maybe 4 or more separate races. Going back to the lobby. It means you gotta keep a clean record using those same settings at least 4 or more races. On event results screen after every race on the left side changes from color. Hex white pops achievement.

In addition to all of this, make sure the following settings are applied:

-Collisions are ENABLED
-5 one round sessions, rather than 1 five round session.

It took me a few races but I finally got it.

The settings instructions could use some better organization.

For this to unlock I suggest going into multiplayer and then selecting "Jam Session". Under the filter make sure that "Impact Ratings" are turned on, this is the most important step. When creating a game, this is found in the Advanced Settings. Now either find a game or host a game, and your objective is to race very cleanly. Make sure to not hit anyone, and stay away from damaging your car. If you complete between 2-5 races completely clean, you will unlock this achievement.

Keep in mind this achievement can be boosted with a friend and you can both do a short 1 lap rallycross race while slowly completing the track together to make this easier.

As an extra bonus, after a few races, your "green circle" emblem should change into a "white hexagon", signifying the Honorable Driver status. You will now receive a 20% bonus on fans after every race.

There are 4 ratings that appear as a coloured dot next to your name. White, Green, Orange and Red are the scale. You start out at Green and need to get to White for this trophy. Playing on your own, Jam session Point to Point races are your best bet. Just make sure you use the Custom Join menu to get a game with Damage and Impact Evaluation on. Join and start racing, then It's mostly on you to just not hit things. It should take about 5 races to get to white or maybe a bit less or more depending on where you stand before you start. You can also set up quick 1 lap rallycross races with a partner to get quick clean races that way, just make sure collisions and impact ratings etc are all set to on for it to count towards your rating. Try using the Boosting thread (Trophy Boosting Thread) to find partners if you need to.

You need to complete online races without damage (without crashing or scratching the car).

Get it after about 7 clean races (no need to win).
