pick a jam session
select custom match
in discipline select rallycross
then select any rallycross event that is in Shibuya and win a race

Player 2 can quit out and leave player one to finish the race. My spare console kept freezing and it just said "Waiting for other player." When it was the host, I lost the game but when I was the host, it just dropped me in the race alone.

This is easiest to do with a friend in a private game, trading wins. From the multiplayer menu, select jam session, and then create a new game. Select Rallycross, and then Shibuya for the location. Any track will do. In advanced options, select 1 lap. Once the game is created, invite your friend into your lobby. Now start the race, and take turns winning. This should only take a few minutes total.

@Spilner, the problem with that list is that it shows every person who wants to boost Dirt 3 in general, and 50%+ of them are mostly interested in Superstar and don't even have the DLC. Sadly, there is also no URL I can post that would bring people to gaming sessions for specific games or achievements, which is ideally what I would want. The way the URLs are managed limits posts like this.

Basicly get a friend to come and help then go to jam session custom match then select rallycross shibuya then take turns of wining and be done in 5-10 mins :D

This is easiest to do with a friend in a private game, trading wins. From the multiplayer menu, select Jam Session, and then create a new game. Select Rallycross, and then Shibuya for the location. Can easily be boosted with 1 other person, set up a Rally Cross session in Shibuya and trade wins on any of the tracks. Other than that you will have to custom search for an event in Monte Carlo or set up your own and race properly to try and win.

Create a Rally-Cross race on the Shibuye track in Jam Session and win.

It's better to do it with a friend who has this DLC.
