How to unlock the Rally Evolution achievement in DiRT 3 - Definitive Guide

There are 5 decades with cars in them:
60's
70's
80's
90's
S2000

All of the decades are race able in the first season but to race in the 70's and 60's you will need to have unlocked the top triangle section of races.

You need to win the race in a car from each decade though so i suggest setting the difficulty to 1 to make the race easier.

For this achievement you have to race a vehicle from every decade, which include:

  • 60s
  • 70s
  • 80s
  • 90s
  • S2000s

All these decades are available to choose from within your first season. 60s and 70s are only available in the "Rockstar Transworld Clash" (top triangle), and the rest are widely available. Just complete an event in a car from each decade to unlock this achievement.

Rally events in the DiRT tour sometimes give you the option of which class of rally car you want to use from a few of the ones listed below. As you progress through the game just vary your choices between the decades until you have covered all of them. You need to be winning the races so drop the difficulty to 1 if you want to.

In the DIRT TOUR story mode, you must win one race using cars from each decade.
Can be obtained in the first season on difficulty 1.
