Kenneth? What's the frequency?
Destroyed 100 blocks in 60 seconds in Joyride

How to unlock the Kenneth? What's the frequency? achievement in DiRT 4 - Definitive Guide
Pick Joyride and one of the events where you have to destroy blocks, like the Mini Mayhem! Challenge 2.
The time limit is pretty tight at first, but with a few practice runs the 100 blocks in 60 seconds are not too bad.

Ok, since you get a time bonus every time you smash blocks, this should be easy to get. If you didn't get this time boost, we'd be talking differently. +1

I start with 1.55 on the clock. How come this video shoes 1.36?

As NEO182 said, you have to choose a Smash challenge.
Personally, I chose the Joyride of Champions challenge 3 in the Lancer Evo, as it is faster than the Mini's.
Around halfway through the course there is spot that you'll be required to do a 360 spin around a circle of barriers.
I recommend skipping this spot as it costs too much time to get a small amount of blocks.
Just continue past it into the container area.
If you've hit nearly all blocks up to this point, the achievement should unlock at the Jump into the warehouse.
It make take a few tries to get the line correct, but with practice, it shouldn't take to long.

Thanks Meerkat. Went with this one first and whilst it does take a little skill it is fairly easy to get with practice. One thing I have not seen mentioned in the guides so far is that it only requires you to get 100 over a 60 second period, not the first 60 seconds of the run.

^ That's great advice, and why I quit hitting "retry" & was finally successful!
Here's a somewhat sloppy video I made following your achievement description, I used chase camera for this run to help show the line to take to hit the blocks. If you manage to hit the ones that I missed, even better - this is to show you don't need to hit them all to be successful. Where I stopped at the end is where the achievement unlocked.

Firstly, you will need to find a Smash Attack that has over 100 blocks or more. This will take you a couple of attempts, so keep at it. I personally did the Mini Mayhem: Challenge 2 for this trophy.

Easily done in the 2nd test of the second chapter of Joyride, there you need to destroy 151 blocks in 1:38
