How to unlock the Textbook achievement in DiRT 4 - Definitive Guide

Early in the career mode, you will reach the National Rally A License Championships. The Michigan Wood Rally features R2 and A class cars. It doesn't matter which class you choose to race in, all you have to do is win that class. This achievement is not tied to difficulty, so you can play on "Competent" difficulty and still unlock this if you are having trouble.

In some events, you will have the opportunity to choose your vehicle among different classes. To earn this trophy, you have to finish the race at the first position in your own class, meaning you can "lose" the overall race as long as you're first in your class. Simply win the race and you will automatically be 1st in your class.
