Worth adding that if you pre ordered and got the team booster pack you can use the 2 a level facilities it gives you. you can get this at level 18 by buying the sponsor support for 60k.

Facilities can be found in the “My Team” section from the Main Menu. The first of the facilities that you will be able to upgrade to A quality will be Accommodation, Sponsor Support, and R&D (Research and Development) as they require you to get to level 28 rank which is gained through winning events. You will also need a fair amount of cash as well.

You need to improve 3 parameters of your team to level A. If you pre-ordered, you can immediately improve 2 parameters to A, the rest are unlocked upon reaching a certain level

It is necessary to upgrade 3 buildings (objects) to grade A. They are located in MY TEAM --> FACILITIES. The first will be, in any case, an Accomodation facility (it is needed for the trophy for 4 engineers), the second R&D department is needed to improve the car, the third is the easiest Sponsor support - it does not require leveling.
