Unlocked when you complete one of the last 3 races in the "Accleration" chapter (Norway - Land Rush, Greece - Rally Raid, South Africa - Ultra Cross).
If you want to unlock this achievement quickly, you can complete one race in each 'bracket' in "Accleration" from left to right in order to reach the end quickly.

Apparently a rare one, so i guess a lot of buyers dont play past chapter 2, or would xbox pass buyers be part of the statistic?

Story Related, Can't Be Missed
This will unlock after you complete one of the 3 showdowns at the end of Chapter 2, Acceleration (yellow background). You don't have to do all of the events along the way but it is highly reccomended since you need to complete them all anyway for No Event Left Behind
