Race Oddity is the final Gate Crasher event of the dlc and is located in the final row before the two Main Events. It is fairly easy to complete and I would suggest using the Mini Cooper SX1 to breeze through and achieve the 3 Stamps.
Just watch out as there are 2 sections of narrow bends that you may fall off from which did happen to me once but on the Very Easy difficulty I was still able to achieve the 3 Stamps with 30 seconds to spare.

I would also suggest adjusting your camera angle to "Bumper cam" or "Hood cam".
it makes to parts where you turn on a vertical wall, a whole lot easier.

You just have to complete the gate crasher (checkpoint time trial) event to get this one - any time will do.
