If you find yourself reaching the end of the game not at level 50 but having completed all events then you can replay events to earn XP. Quickest way I found is by replaying the last Sprint event (Hans circuit reverse Norway) that you unlock. It’s 3 laps and can be done in just under a minute. I was getting 260 XP each time I won and I needed 5 wins to level up. 4 to get the XP bar (lightning bolt) full and a 5th to get it to actually go to the next level. After the race, watch the XP register in the lightning bolt and then hit retry. You keep the XP earned and can jump straight back into the race. At this rate you can level up once every 6 minutes providing you win each time. Once you reach level 50 the achievement will pop. No need to get the bar full after you reach 50.

My XP experience was certainly different from what the other solution and the walkthrough state. I suspect codemasters may have changed the levelling process so it does take until the end of the game. Might be wrong as I haven’t looked into it.

Thumbs up from me. I completed all the career events and got 359/375 medals and am at level 47. I lost count somewhere along the way, but it was either 13 or 14 completions of the race OP mentioned in the solution, 1 minute per race.

If you do the "The Alpha" Throw Down this is only 2 laps and easily done in under 2 minutes for 260 XP. Don't forget to press Y and retry after collecting XP, Money and Rep to save going through the load screens every time

Thanks for this solution. Maybe I'm not following the walkthrough properly, but I finished chapter 4 (doing all races) and still at only level 36. I don't understand how WT writer got this by the end of chapter 3.

Anyone notice the AI gets better every time you beat an event if you keep playing it? It doesn't get hard or anything, but it's measurable. It's been fun seeing how far into T1 the AI gets before I pass each go. Started off I'd pass before T1 and now we're nearly half way through T1 after about 11 plays.

Got this today - levelled up from 46 to 50 in about 30 mins. Big thumbs up from me!

I used the Volkswagen Polo GTI RS with the x1.2 rewards multiplier, and while it's not the fastest car in terms of BHP, I was still winning each race relatively comfortably and getting 312 XP each time.

I show you how can level up in 4 minutes:
When career is finished, choose track on chapter 4-Sprint "Hans circuit" reverse on Norway. Here is 3 laps oval circuit. Then pick car with reward multiplier ×1.2. My choose was VW Polo GTI R5. Easy finish on 1st place in 1 minute and have 312 XP. Loading screen (3 times)=1 minute. So : one level up in 4 minutes.

Be sure to wait until the experience is granted to you after the race, and only then hold triangle to restart the race! Reaching level 50 is not difficult at all. Players earn experience after completing races and receive more experience based on their position in that race. Just playing in Career Mode will get you to level 50 by the end of Chapter 5. The only way to gain experience in the game is by completing various events in Career Mode.
