You're a legend! Took me around 6 tries to do it with your video.
Also, car selection is a must. The Peogeot you are using is a beast for this.

Time Trials. They are the bane of our existence in this Wild Spirit series.
But don't worry, I have some tips that may help you overcome the feeling of wanting to throw your controller through a wall.
If you've been playing the whole game with your Driving Aid set to Casual, well....it's time to throw that setting in the trash. It's a HUGE constraint when it comes to the time trials, mainly because of the Traction Control and Auto Brake settings.
Once I changed my settings to what you see below I was able to 3 star each of the trials very quickly.
Driving Aids
Transmission- Auto
Anti-Lock Brakes- High
Traction Control- Low
Stability Management- High
Auto Brake- OFF
The Redeemer- I personally like the Ariel Nomad for this but most other vehicles should work as well. This is definitely the easiest of the Time Trials in this series. You can even keep the Casual preset of aids if you'd like for this one and it's still wholly possibly to win handily.
Triple Stone Bridge- This tractor car is a beast and quite unwieldy. Just be careful not to spend too much time in the air as that will reduce your overall speed. Slow slightly before some of the jumps or avoid them altogether if possible. You'll need to use your handbrake more in this race than usual, just don't go overboard with it.
Pineios Lake- The Mini Cooper SXI is the go-to for this race. If you're like me you'll be slamming into a lot of walls in this race. Don't worry about it, just glide on the brake then put the pedal to the metal as soon as you've got a straight line. The Mini is so dang fast that this race shouldn't cause too many issues.
Everest Overlook- The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI is the best choice here. The S tier handling helps navigate the many U-turns in this race very well. Try to feather the gas around some of the larger turns instead of braking and stay out of the water when possible as it slows you down slightly.
Linjiazha Hills- This is the race that makes boys into men. Strap on your helmets and prepare yourselves.
Note that the 3 star time is actually 1:24:000. The "3 star" car only completes the race in between 1:24 and 1:25 so even if you beat him just slightly, make sure you were actually under 1:24 before exiting the race.
I actually had to turn Traction Control back to High for this race because I found that excessive drifting in these oversized vehicles slowed me down way too much.
The cross between good speed and okay handling with the VW Atlas Cross Sport Baja Concept is what worked for me but players in the forums have also suggested the Prodrive for better handling or the Laffite for extra speed (though I found the latter too unwieldy). The two sharp U-turns towards the beginning are the only time I would suggest using the handbrake. The final hairpin curve right before the finish just slow and brake a bit and ride the outside of the curve to get a nice speed boost coming out of it.
Here's the vid of my conquering lap:

Fantastic, cheers for this. On the PS5 for it, but the Linjiazha Hills Time Trial tips worked perfectly for me. Tried a number of laps in the Prodrive and Lafitte and got nowhere, but 2 laps of the VW got me nailing a 123.666 comfortably enough!

took me 17 mins of trying but got it eventually. used the VW Atlas. What @burtondude33 is important! you need to use the banking! without this boost I don't know if its possible to beat.

Since i didn't saw anyone writing a guide about the race named "Smash Attack, The Buy In" and in my opinion it's hard at least like gymkhana event, i felt myself required to add this guide. This race was my last one not 3 stamped to get this achievement and YouTube algorithm just recommended me the video below even i didn't even search for it. Check it please since it contains walkthrough to get 3 stamps.
Also i mentioned a trick on the comments section that not included in the video itself. I want to write it here too.
Thank you so much for the video guide! I got 3 stamps using your walkthrough. I just want to add something to the jump at 2:16 to make it better and possible 3 stamps (since you got 02:30.097, 4 seconds ahead of required time for 3 stamps,) if you move a little to the right just when you are about to fly, you can get both blue crystals in one jump. Thanks to this move, it saved me lots of seconds and I was able to get three stamps in this race. I finished the race with a time of 02:18.338. Thank you for uploading this.
I hope this guide helps to others who trying to done this race. As i said, i didn't saw someone talking about this one on other guide's comments but i wanted to share this info. Thanks to other 2 members for sharing guides about this achievement. Especially gymkhana video helped me a lot.

Unlike the main game, the DLC requires you to win all of the events, rather than simply completing them - 25 in all for this trophy. I found the difficulty slightly higher in these events but if you are having trouble, switch up the car you are using. Sometimes the relative strengths and weaknesses of a particular car will lend themselves to your driving style and/or the event itself. This is especially true for the numerous mixed class events, where the characteristics of the available cars vary quite a bit.
This DLC pack includes a couple of the toughest events in the game to win.
The first of these is the Gymkhana, everyone's favourite event from the main game. This time the cars are trickier to drive and the course is not quite as easy to rack up scores on. I chose the Lancia because it is the easiest car to drift out of those available, and I couldn't manage enough points just hitting the jumps and narrow gaps with the other cars. Also, the other cars don't really like spinning on the spot on the purple pad. You can see that the donuts and drifting boost the score and multiplier quickly in this one to enable you to find the spin pad at the end (look for the 3 flaming rings to find it).
The second is the sprint, since the car is so different to everything else in the game. The key is to make sure you are pointing forward out of each corner before accelerating - going down the straight on an angle is very slow.
