Tried a bunch of different combinations that didn’t work for me, but what did finally work was setting up a Custom Championship in Australia with 4 legs all the same stage with these conditions:
Daytime / Clear / Dry surface
Sunset / Overcast/ Dry surface
Daytime/ Rain / Wet surface
Daytime / Cloudy / Wet surface
