This can easily be done in a Custom Event. Create a new Championship, 1 Event, 1 Stage.
Select any Stage you're comfortable with driving (I went with the shortest route in Spain).
Set the AI difficulty to 1 (Very Easy).
Enable Hardcore Damage in the Event/Championship Settings.
Once you've won the Stage and continued on past the podium it should unlock.

You can unlock the Focused trophy in DiRT Rally 2.0 very easily by creating a new Championship with one event and one stage in Custom Events.
Select any stage that you are happy with, and set the AI difficulty to 1 and turn on Hardcore Damage in the Event settings.
Win the stage and the trophy should unlock shortly after the podium.
