Under the "my team" tab pick the first rally event and use the Mini.
The AI are really easy and the mini only has 4 gears ,its not very fast and is very stable at default, no need to mess with any tuning.
You will have to be the fastest over 4 stages, when I did it I was 2 mins 20 secs ahead over the 4 stages.
The achievement will pop when your on the podium screen after pressing
a couple of times after the last stage.
